My Ride: 05 545i, Jet Black, Black Leather, Black Anthracite. Sport Pkg, HUD, NAV, 20-way Comfort Seats, Prem Snd Pkg Logic7, Htd Rear Seats, Rear side impact, Cold Weather Pkg, Fold Down Rear Seat/Ski bag, Soon 2B chromed rims. Picked up in Munich, Drove it to Prague, Vienna, Salburg & Bremerhaven. Put on 1300 miles. Enjoyed driving it 140mph on Autobahn (4,400 rpm).
Got mine late night on the 16th. Yee-Ha, after a 10/20 drop-off. The dealorship filled it up with gas, but I swear they must have used the cheap sh%t gas, cause it doesn't seem to have quite the zip it had in Europe & there is a very faint bit of knock at startup, so I think I'm gonna try to infuse some 106 racing fuel to see if that will bring the life back. Other than that, what a great car. There has been much skuttlebutt regarding the RFT's lately, so I think I might consider some different tires/rims in the near future if find the noise disturbing. As for now, it's shear driving bliss!!! Pictures soon to follow, too much fun driving.
