Hi, I'm going to be working for a BMW dealership in a few months and would like to work for one that has a good reputation and work ethic. I'm asking input from all of you on your expereinces and what you have heard as to reputations of BMW dealerships service wise.

I'd like feedback on all dealerships in the US, but particularly interested in CA, MI, FL, LA and the north-eastern states. All your help would be GREATLY appreciated. You never know I might be one that'll be servicing your vehicle

Hey! Thats very cool! I need a trustworthy and knowledgable tech to service my car. I dont trust a lot of the dealers now... it sucks... I wish I can trust ALL the dealers... Long Beach has given me GREAT service... but their BMW techs are eh... so so. Their MINI Techs seem like they're better. So if you want to stay in So Cal I would love for you to work for LB BMW since thats where I take my cars in for service.

On the other hand I've heard that Irvine has some pretty good techs there so that might be a good place to work too. I can only comment for So Cal.

Assael ummm... I've been there, serviced the car there before... havent had problems but I've heard horror stories from their MINI department so they scare me.

OH OH but my uncle has taken in his Z4 for like 3 times already each time taking longer than a week for just a AC problem and they still cant fix it. So I guess BMW section might not be all that either.

Thanks guys for the info. Anyone have any views on dealers from parts of the country? MI, and FL?

Few years with LB BMW and I've received good service. They take care of you and really try to get things right. Althought there are some slip ups at times but they'll make it right in the end. If you work for LB you can end the slip ups and make them perfect.

I've been getting my cars serviced at Peter Pan BMW in San Mateo, CA for years, and have always been very happy.

If your looking for an excellent dealer located in South Florida, I would try Vista Motors, they are getting better all the time..
