you guys are not going to believe this. get a phone call on friday telling that they will need my car another day or 2 because the programing process keeps crashing. that part is understanable. he tells me my rim is fixed and then asked me what i was going to do about the scratch on the front left rim! They curbed my other rim as well! Am i just having bad luck or are these drivers idiots! went to see it today the rim that has been fixed looks good, bt its not perfect so i demanded a new one. ( Richard told he has to speak with his service manager which was not there ) the other one is not as bad, they are going to fix that one. FIrst one rim then another this SUCKS!

also i have called consumer relations of north america but all they can do was get the service manager aware of the situation. they told me all they do if fixed product issues and bmw products only. that any aftermarket equipment had to be dealt with the dealer service depart. that sucked to
