crevier is pissing me off

i took my car last tuesday so my front pillars can get replaced ( cloth was coming off the bottom ) and to get my rim fixed or replaced. 1 week passes and no update. i call the folowing tuesday and found out the my service advisor no longer works there. got transfered to some one else all the info i could get was that the pillars were rapleced and thats all he could tell me. Called wednesday asked to speak to the service manager, a young man takes my name and number promises to call me back with an update. ( no CALL ) called back that evening spoke with a lady. She also promised me she would call me back asap and forward the message to the service manager ( Now thursday and no call ) Called today, Was told service manager is on lunch took my name and number again and guess what 4 hours later NO FREAKIN CALL! what should i do? should i just show up and demand my car , should i call someone else? WHAT?

I would show up there and then... well, that depends on their answers... But I have been VERY direct and loud (in speech and body speech) when my dealer pissed me off...

I'd go there and DEMAND my car.. I mean.it is your car.. they need to let u know wat's going on..... u can always escalate it to the operations manager there.. they'll usually take care of you ASAP....

In the future I'd recommend going to New Century BMW if u're in LA.. for Service ask for John Velarde.. he's taken care of my E46 238i, my mom's X5, my GF's 325.. and the list goes on...........................I live in irvine and i go all the way out there cuz Irvine BMW is always so packed and Crevier and Sterling think customers NEED them and not the other way around..

They have to listen to you.
Complain to them. Write, don't phone. And send a copy to BMW NA.

You can also file a complaint with BMW NA...

Bring the car back, complain to BMW NA. Write them a letter, a dozen letters...

Getting the exact same treatment from my dealer, too. BMW Customer Service doesn't seem to care about it either. Apparently the Service Manager holds all the power in the BMW universe. And what are you supposed to do when he's the problem? Well, they weren't real direct with an answer to that one. My car has been in for 22 days now.
