Anyone updated their SW at Crevier BMW in Santa Ana, CA? My car is there right now and I hope to get 16.2 installed.
I complained about i-drive crashes and radio button not staying OFF after the car is restarted.

[/quote]the car is still in the service. should be done monday. apparently, the new laptop they are using to update the SW didn't come in on Friday as expected. the car should be ready by monday afternoon.
