It will get replaced by the dealer if you tell them to. Mine was not aware of the problem. Best if you print out the bulletin found in this post. You'll have to let your dealer know in advance as the part needs to come from Germany according to my dealer. They should replace both sides as I found the passenger side has a thin fracture while the driver side was completely broken.

Apparently I've been told that there is a shortage on the brackets. Not only UK do not have any, Germany is running low too. <_<
Maybe they should redesign the bracket and make it stronger.
