Thanks JDN, can't wait to use the REJEX you gave me! I was also hoping to find the clear bra as you have on your 545i - but no luck yet in my local stores....
PS. Seriously considering the mud flaps as well. I think your arguments had a
positive effect on me regarding both practical and aesthetics alike!!
Regards to Barbara!

[/quote]Did my clear bra have one or two tears when you were here, Andy? At any rate, there are two now, close together and both in the bumper. The second barely touched the paint, but it did, first one missed the paint completely.
Barbara and I just got back from about 3000 miles through Colorado and New Mexico in a loaner X3. We wanted to make it in the 545, but good thing we didn't 'cause Barbara could barely stay composed in the twisties with the X3 handling. At first I thought the X3 was rinky dink stuff, but have really changed my mind during the trip and realize that it is a good road machine. It can cruise easily at 100 mph, corners well, rides good enuf, plenty quiet, 23.5 MPG, very stable in high cross winds, and it is as black as your 545, Andy.
I put the 545 in the shop to check what sounded like an alternator bearing, water pump, or some kind of fan belt noise before the trip. The dealer decided to upgrade the software and lost the communications unit in the process. They said it won't run. That was over two weeks ago. Still waiting on parts.
You waited a long time to get what you wanted. We are all very happy for you and Maria.

Hey Andy, I remember the feeling when I first got my car. Funny thing is, I still feel that way after many months and miles!
As for the German voice, I'm pretty sure that can be changed by the dealer. I can't imagine why they wouldn't be able to do that.
Oh, and I only thought you were Greek becuase of Kyriacos. He implied somewhere in a post that you were. Oh well, I guess the Singapore thread will still live on as the biggie!

Congratulations!
I would go for the mud guards, wood e-brake, and the rear wood piece.
I notice you have the 123 rims. I have only seen those on 530's. Was that a special order?
GLC=great looking car!

Jimbo, actually the rims are just a factory option for the 545i here.
Yeah, I think I'm going for the mud flaps, have already the rear wood piece and
will be getting the wood shiftter - but I think I'm giving the wood handbrake a miss...to much for me.

Man, I hope your right! Would be great if the dealer can change it around to English, but I'm worried that would probably involve a complete software format and re-installation...Hmmmm...looking at what happened to JDN's software I'm
somewhat skeptical...(?)
Too bad they don't have in Greek language!!
Yasou!!
