I purchaesd both the paddle shift retro kit and the M-shifter kit. My installer was having a hell of a time getting it to work. Once we sent them pics of the steering wheel and what we did, they walked us right thru it. I had also mentioned that my M shifter was acting up. I was told to send it back and they would re-do the harness for me. When it came back. They had shrink wrapped the connections and attached the both to the shifter. I had it just hanging there and they took the time to hook it up with out asking me...

The illuminated shifter is amazing, I did mine with the manual boot since I didnt need the baseplate anymore. Also, the email response were also extremely fast. I would definitely buy from them again.
