Guys - I just checked my bank account and finally got my refund. I initially paid Detto using my check card via Paypal. Paypal told me that they couldn't refund any money because there were no funds in his acct. After going to my bank and filing a claim for fraud, I finally got my money back. They never informed me of the refund, they just added it to my account. So I'm wondering...did Detto get off free here? I know I got my money back but I think he should pay for the time I spent trying to get a refund as well as scamming me in the first place. I sent another email to the detective to follow-up. I want something done. It's better than leaving him alone and allowing him to do this to other people on other forums.
