1. e60_fanatic: Full M-Tech Bodykit Painted/Shipped - $1950 - Ordered 9/24/08 Via Paypal; finally received kit...well almost. still missing rear diffuser, front tow hook cover, mounting guides for the rear bumper, gas tank cover for the rear bumper and hardware.
2. Smokinmj1: M-Tech with m5 rear - $2100 - Ordered 8/27/08 Via Paypal (Money Refunded via Paypal on 10/18/08)
3. Kip Olson: Fulll m-tech kit shipped /unpainted - $1850-ordered 7/27. Came after two months but the wrong kit. NO REFUND!
4. BurqueBMW: Full M-Tech Bodykit Painted/Shipped - $1950 - Ordered 9/11/08 via paypal
5. M6Boy (from Bimmerfest site): M6 side skirts,M6 mirrors Painted/shipped-$1,800.00 Ordered 8/25 via PayPal.
6. tequilacoke: $2,050 via paypal
7. Vermillo: $2,950 via Paypal, Non-PDC Mtech Front Bumper, Non-PDC M5 Rear Bumper, Mtech Side Skirts, Hamman Front splitter for Mtech front, M5 License Plate Surround
8750 $ unrefunded plus: 1 wrong kit delivered; 1 delivery is missing parts.
Makes it two false delieveries that were delayed, plus four people whose money were taken w/o anything in return...

What are you going to lose by taking action? You guys have already lost your money. If it's a civil matter, they may be able to put a lien on the business. And if the FBI gets involved, then it could become a criminal matter --- which would be even more fun for detto!
Guys, don't wait too long. The longer you wait, the easier it is to forget and harder to get your money back.

For those of us that did not receive a refund BurqueBMW, M6Boy, and tequilacoke...
I just wanted to inform you that I copied and pasted the current list of into my claim with IC3. I haven't received any feedback from IC3 at this time.
I have emailed and tried calling Detto several times in the last few days. No responses. Joe Collins (owner of Paypal account) has responded and said that Greg was the person to contact regarding ordered parts and that he is not involved.
Are any of you guys receiving feedback/updates from Greg/Detto?
