they are a joke to deal with, its like they work on their own time. they send stuff out whenever they feel like it regardless of whatever is going on. they have no knowledge of whats included in these kits and have no BMW experience.

That's because you bought yourself a used, refurbished kit. If it was brand new, nothing would be missing. It totally sucks. I can't believe how badly they scammed people into spending $2K on a used kit. So terrible.

bought a hyundai tiburon parts car (damaged, but with title) off this guy (greg hillan/detto/on broadway, inc.) in exchange for $1500 cash and about 50 hours of work on my part...once he got his money and the work, he disappeared and hasn't responded since.
Not very smart of him either...I'm a former P.I. and a few months from being a cop...I WILL get my money back...just depends on whether he wants to go the hard or easy route...
Greg...if you're reading this...I strongly suggest you return my money promptly...I'll get it back one way or another, you left far too much of a paper trail of documented conversation, addresses, and various information on yourself...I will chalk this up to a waste of my time if you do this asap, but if you don't I will make it my brand new hobby...and neither one of us wants that.
