Horrible service ethics. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT ALL!!! Would NOT recomend them at the LEAST.
I agree 100%. I too, had an awful experience with Vincent/Eurorev and would never buy anything from them again. After cancelling my order and being told my credit card would be refunded, I find out a couple of weeks later (after getting my credit card statement) that it never got refunded. I had to contact them again to get my money back. Terrible.

They may win trophies for modifying high end cars, but they sure don't win trophies in the customer service department.

My feeling is, Eurorev is great for those that are local. If you're out of state, you're not a priority. Take a look at those that had a bad experience and their locations. Now look at those that had a good experience and their locations. See a trend?

I feel the same way for out of state clients... its like that with most stores.. if you aren't local, you aren't important. Sucks. =/

But I can say some vendors are much more helpful than others.

I took my loss and kept my broken ass diffuser that I bought...I wasnt going to write anything but it got under my skin. I got fed up of calling and being told either I would be called back or no one answers the phone. I like how they also think that no one will notice if they sell used parts and charge their customers new price. Also, claiming they have insurance on their shipments; which I found was false out by giving the shipment info to a friend at UPS. Being told the shipment was sent out yesterday and that I would recieve it very soon. LOL 4 months later, a damaged shipment claim later and a wrong piece sent back to me I sit here writing a review. Like seriously, I dont see how these guys are still in business? Their products are soooo cheaply made. The material they use is soo thin and cannot be safley applied to our cars.(I can bend their products in my hand) These guys are just as bad as THEIFS. Take my word for it and go somewhere else.

With all the members in the SoCal area parting out their cars, I'm sure they are reselling these used parts as "New". That's so bad. I just hope the members on this board that support Eurorev are unaware of this or that makes it even worse.

I am in the same boat. I ordered a painted Mtech quad diffuser on February 24th from Eurorev......

They were the only vendor I could find that offered this particular diffuser.
I was aware of some negative feedback on this vendor before my order but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, and will keep you all posted on any progress.

In the mean time i also ordered a Remus exhaust setup from Remusexaustshop and the service was nothing but spectacular !

Matt was very helpful answering ALL my questions.
They emailed me to confirm they had rec'd my order, and continued to communicate with me during the entire order process. I rec'd the exhaust/tips within one week -
and even got a follow up email once it was delivered to see if everything was all set ! Free shipping too using an E60 board discount

So I am anxiously awaiting my diffuser so I can proceed with this latest mod.
