When I got my ECU Remapped from EuroRev. the limiter was never removed. And i didnt get it back following the weekend as promised.

When I saw that the limiter was never removed I sent it back again, and had to pay for next day air both times. It took a whole 3 weeks

before i got my ECU back and yet again the limiter was not removed, after that all i got was the same run around while i was waiting the 3 weeks.

I got tired of it and couldn't keep trying to talk to them and sending my ECU back and forth, because I needed my car.

Time and money wasted.

I agree 100%. I too, had an awful experience with Vincent/Eurorev and would never buy anything from them again. After cancelling my order and being told my credit card would be refunded, I find out a couple of weeks later (after getting my credit card statement) that it never got refunded. I had to contact them again to get my money back. Terrible.

They may win trophies for modifying high end cars, but they sure don't win trophies in the customer service department.

My feeling is, Eurorev is great for those that are local. If you're out of state, you're not a priority. Take a look at those that had a bad experience and their locations. Now look at those that had a good experience and their locations. See a trend?
Haha, oh man... I thought I was the only one who has been given the run-around, poor customer service, and the crazy stories about why my parts have not shipped out yet by Eurorev. C... you definitely nailed it in your write up. All the out of state ppl are getting screwed... I guess if you don't show up in person and check up on everything first hand then we can just expect a 2-4 month delivery time. Sorry Eurorev but you have to do better than this...

had good service the first time i bought the hamann splitter... but received dumb cf interior trim kit that was unable to installed easily... end up had to bring to a autoshop and they said the trim is of poor quality and need glue to stick on.... it just snapped out couple days ago and i had to bring it again to glue it back... ... the trim cost 500 and the installation cost 17 hrs but the autoshop only charged me 450... very bad business... made me stop modding my cars....

Well it certainly seems that the safer practice is to use vendors with uniformly positive reviews from this Board's members.

Using a mod vendor with a mixed review is just rolling the dice and hoping for the best.
