Called American Express, filed a dispute, got my money back 3 weeks later. It was that simple.

yes sir its that easy if you do it within 60days of the purchase after that there are no guaranties of Refund.. ive done many myself... so word to all if anything ever happens with an order paid with amex dont wait past 60days to file a dispute... again a dispute can still be entered in the system but no guarranties as the cardmember agreement says 60 days.

I got my refund back from Amex after 8 months. Now that's service! Love Amex...been a member since 1989. I think I have enough reward points to buy an M5. Do they offer the M5 as part of the awards program? If not, they should!

thats good... no the dont have M5 on the rewards list.. but they do have a 1yr lease on a gallardo and yes AMEX is untouchable in the credit card world.. second to none.. and people complain about annual fee's well you get what you pay for... well back on track.. hijacking the thread a lil bit.. sorry some here havent gotten what they paid for.. good luck..

It's official ya'll, according to quad_m's text response today, I am the reason he lost his Paypal account and his diminishing business. All blame goes to me for all his faults and neglected promises. All blame goes to me for all the cats on this thread that posted their bad experiences. All blame goes to me for him working with a body shop WITH NO CEILING. All blame goes to me for not informing him I have PDC. All blame goes to me for being a dumb- and cheap-ass for trying to save money on his group buy. And finally, all blame goes to me for my shipment being lost by UPS. Like Ice-T said, I played myself!

And when those small claims lawsuits hits his dumb ass for not refunding folk's money like he should've in the beginning, all blame (or praise lol) will go to you! Be sure to save all text messages, correspondance, etc.
