yes sir its that easy if you do it within 60days of the purchase after that there are no guaranties of Refund.. ive done many myself... so word to all if anything ever happens with an order paid with amex dont wait past 60days to file a dispute... again a dispute can still be entered in the system but no guarranties as the cardmember agreement says 60 days.
Love Amex...been a member since 1989. I think I have enough reward points to buy an M5. Do they offer the M5 as part of the awards program? If not, they should!

If not, they should! and yes AMEX is untouchable in the credit card world.. second to none.. and people complain about annual fee's well you get what you pay for... well back on track.. hijacking the thread a lil bit.. sorry some here havent gotten what they paid for.. good luck..
