I was text messaging back and forth with him yesterday then when he asked me to stop sending him text messages I PM'd him and haven't heard anything back.
because I keep telling the same thing over and over to you and all others.

you keep asking a "exact date" how can i give you an exact date if everybody is stressing and pushing the orders
to be done. I really dont know what I can do at this point, I paid for all these kits even for the gb people upfront
and now it s a big chaos and drama. And how I can operate if I dont have my paypal account if there are chargebacks
coming in just because they cant wait or doing it just to make it faster.

you changed the whole order for another color code and now its your turn to be patient about it, I even offered the Free international
shipping for you if you needed for the other person who is buying from you.

Hi,

Just curious. Has Tony painted anything Sapphire Black for any of you since 5/16/08? On 5/16/08, he told me he would paint and ship a part for my M-tech kit the next time he had a paint both set up for that color. Recently he told me he forgot and missed the only opportunity in the last 6 weeks. I always assumed Sapphire Black was a very popular color in the forum. If Tony has painted anything Sapphire Black for you in the past 6 weeks, please let me know. Up to this point I have been completely satisfied with Tony.

Thank you.
Bill, yes I forgot the license plate holder but I will make it with the next painting.

just to let everybody know I got into a big argument with the owner of the body shop because of him I look unproffesional and not sending on time.

and for the others, if I dont reply to you it means I already gave you enough explanation about everything and Trying my best to get these out quickly.

everyday I am receving pms about orders for the same reason for the same answer. But I have limits and cant do anything if you are not patient.

these kits are investments and have to be done right its not a one day job and ship it out, I posted hundreds of explanation but seems like I get nothing

but bashing, upsetness and agression.

tony, i thought you were getting your stuff together. you have to be able to give people a date when they can expect the products they paid for in full. you cannot just expect people to sit around and do nothing and hope that sometime in the near future they receive what they ordered. all your customers want is a date, and an honest date. you claim to have purchased all the kits for the GB so you should be able to talk to your painter (and any other contributer to the process) and schedule out these kits and provide a date to your customers. because no one knows when they will receive their products, THEY are stressed out and worried they are gonna lose their money, so they file claims with paypal and their credit card companies.

Although this was not technically "Purchased" from Tony, I would like to say that he shipped out both winners products for the Tri-State Meet this week. I should mention that both winners opted to take the prizes (Deck Lid Spoiler & Trunk Finisher) UNpainted, so there was no wait. Products were received and both winners are very happy. Thank you Tony.
you and they are very much welcome dear Calton.

You keep bringing that order change up so lets get this clear right now..... You had a kit sitting in your shop UNPAINTED (by your own admision) that you were about to paint and ship for me. I asked you if specifying a different color for the kit would be a problem and you said "no, it can still be painted any color and sent to any address". I said "great paint it XXX color code and send it to XXX address instead of the first address I gave you". You said no problem. That was over a month ago and after 6 months of waiting for the kit. Then...nothing. I agree with the other members....if you can't get with your painter and get this thing scheduled out to where you have an IDEA of when each kit should be done then you have a serious problem. The reason you have chargebacks coming in is because of people like me and another member who paid in October and several other members who still don't have our orders filled. That's why I have yet to understand why you haven't dropped everything to get his and my order shipped. But since you haven't everyone who has outstanding orders with you is freaking out thinking that they too are going to have to wait 7 or 8 months. And why wouldn't they? They have no other evidence to base their opinion on. I hope we can get this worked out and you can get your business back on track. SCHEDULING IS KEY! If you tell someone up front "I can give you a great price but you may have to wait a few months"...they might buy from you, they might not. But atleast you won't have people threatening legal action and chargebacks and everything else and you can work your way into a more solid client base. I repeat...SCHEDULING IS KEY!!

Over here we have many small paint shops.
The one my BMW dealer uses is able to do it over night.
There are just a handfull of people working there.

So, you should find a better paint shop.
Yours seems to be the worst on the planet.
Why are you still working with them?
