I wish for his sake that he could get things together and save face a little bit but it's almost like he has his head stuck in the sand and refuses to acknowledge that he is not treating his customers right. I'm a very laid-back, easy going guy not to mention a little bit soft hearted. All he would have to do is come clean and appologize for all of the lies about the kit being ready when it really wasn't and get my kit to me or give me a refund and he would be totally redeemed in my eyes. I forgot to mention that in his last text he asked me not to text him anymore. To his credit we had sent several text messages back and forth so he was probably getting tired of having to type everything but I have found that texting is the only way I can get him to respond to me in a timely fashion and sometimes even then it's not exactly speedy. I have all of the text messages saved from our last exchange. Of course I PM'd him immediately but haven't heard back from him. I guess he is actually going to push this to the point of legal action which is totally baffling to me! It is all in his hands now but it appears that he is still going to refuse to do the right thing.

Tony, this does not sound good or help your case at all. You do have people that support you, or at least were supporting you and wanting to see you pull through this, but when you make comments like that...well, its hard to think someone would even consider making a purchase from you. If you in fact are fully integrated with Paypal like you say you are...then you can be found. But I would really hate to all your initial success go down in flames with lawsuits. I hope that your comment above is just stress talking and that you in fact have your stuff in gear.

 

Has ANYONE gotten a PM reply from Tony lately? I've sent several and haven't heard from him since last Friday. Getting nervous.

 

I was text messaging back and forth with him yesterday then when he asked me to stop sending him text messages I PM'd him and haven't heard anything back.

 

Although this was not technically "Purchased" from Tony, I would like to say that he shipped out both winners products for the Tri-State Meet this week. I should mention that both winners opted to take the prizes (Deck Lid Spoiler & Trunk Finisher) UNpainted, so there was no wait. Products were received and both winners are very happy. Thank you Tony.

 

Yes. I got one yesterday at 5:50PM EST from him with my tracking info for the Tri-State Meet prizes that he shipped out.

 

Wow good to know - I've written him 3 times since last Thursday with no response... after 3 more pm's were sent to him and his response he did give didn't even answer my questions.
