Hey J.R., no need to explain yourself bro, I think the majority of folks here understand that you werent't trying to degrade quad_m. Quad_m, get it straight, man, read his initial post, he said nothing bad about you!! Eight months is along time, I'm sure a lot of other folks would've started complaining after the fourth or fifth month. This is a "buying experiences" thread, obviously people who post are having "bad" experiences. Props for the thread!!!

Amen!

Tony, I didn't start this thread with an intent to have disgruntled customers bash you. I clearly stated to have everyone try and work everything out with you before they post. Please don't confuse this thread as a way for me to "get back" to you and lose future customers. You know I've done my best to try and get everything straightened out with you, and this was my last resort. I was careful to start this thread and I wanted to be sure this would meet with approval with all the e60.net mods. Eight months, c'mon now, and you call this thread degrading to you? Eight months! And please don't tell me to be patient because I've been patient up until last month.

I'm sure I've burned the bridge with you because of all this, but like I said, I didn't have have any intent to ruin you or your business. Shoot, this should give you even more incentive to make me look like a damn fool and be on point with all your current and future customers. On that note, are you giving me a refund or a bumper. I don't want to keep texting and calling you.

Tony's quality of his products is definitely great. I received a Mtech front bumper and M5 mirrors from him last year and the color match was perfect.

I can say, as well as everyone know that he's a very busy person and time is not on his side. There were delays in my m tech order and was missing received the wrong piece for the Mtech front bumper. (the headlight wiper covers) That took 1-2 weeks to resolve.

For my M5 mirrors took a little bit too. So quality, is great, you just have to be really really patient with parts.

I've learned that most car parts vendors will be delayed, especially if they are popular. So whoever decides to buy car stuff from Quad_M, please be patient.

His prices are competitive too, considering, its shipped to your door, painted and all. (Buying the full Mtech kit and other parts will be cheaper than buying a piece one by one).

appreciate your comments

I think you are approaching this with a positive mindset so good for you! I look forward to receiving my kit after the many compliments on quality and am not as concerned now about you delivering late as I know it is obviously a priority for you to be timely.
Your business will flourish if you continue to keep this outlook going forward and delivering quality product.

Good luck,
Jake

Tony has always communicated well with me and as I understand it now has some pretty rough health issues. Although I must say, the reading here has made me very concerned. My deal was handled through PM's and paypal. I have been promised mirrors by the "next couple of weeks" and the kit by the first week of July. I am posting this here as a matter of fact, nothing inferred or intended.
