Getting BT enable in a 04 545i

Yes, for a new TCU, $1500 or so depending upon the deal you can negotiate with the dealer. Remanufactured units are apparently around for about $500 or so. Add 2 to 4 hours labor depending on programming requirements as well.

And what about my car? Do u think its BT ready or not?

It is Bluetooth "capable" with the retrofit as indicated in the SIB attached in post #3

Sasha, I think 03/04 was the start date for all TCU to have the BT encoded so you should be ok.

I have 05/2004 545i with Nav, mine was upgrade with BT enable with no cost from Alhambra New Century, CA
