Default Bluetooth TCU but no bluetooth connected to it?

What am I missing here? The TCU is a Bluetooth module but there is not Bluetooth line connected? What are my options here? Go for the Dension 500 setup? It has BMW assist because I hit the voice button and I can talk to the car.

Here is what I got.

I had a bluetooth TCU in my car for the longest time and didn't realize it. Once I checked, all i did was took it to the mechanic, had Bluetooth coded and I was up and running.

You may need it to be coded, there is no bluetooth line as far as I know.
