It's looking more and more like a hard release date for the Bold on AT&T is coming on October 27th...that is unless they find another software issue and send it back to RIM! 
Something tells me this date is going to be the one...

Today I heard from an AT&T rep that the release date for the Bold was pushed back again! :thumbsdown:
The word now is that it will be out "by the end of the year"...

It's now confirmed....November 4th is the date now for the Bold release. Apparently AT&T officially announced this during one of their earnings calls.
$300 seems a tad steep with nearly every other phone at $200 or less nowadays. Funny thing is, I was so excited for this phone to be released, but now with all this waiting I've begun to like my 1st gen iphone a bit more.

iPhone's may be cool (I have a Touch) but they're still not a BB and, as I've said before, I have no desire for a touchscreen device for everyday emailing, etc. Even the Storm's "clicking" touchscreen doesn't sound like it'll solve the problems of tactile feedback...
