Hey! I'm new to this thread but I'm really interested in the 3000k fogs on my 07 550i. I think it'd be a little different. I have a friend with 3000k low's in his S2000 and they're pretty cool. Lots of light! I'm not really sure how they'd look as fogs on the 5. Do you have any more pics and what are your prices on them right now?

hi,

Thanks for ur interest. they are $160 shipped. I'll send u a PM with all the info.

This is a pic of 3000K HID on a M-Tech E60. I think it looks great! These HID's were not from brabus though, and they did slightly flicker.

With brabus' kit you will not need to worry about any issues. Get em already!

my friend has 2008 bmw 535i with factory xenon projectors. he wants the angel eyes changed from that factory yellow to 6000k. he also wants to get 6000k low beam hid bulbs along with a 6000k hid fog light kit. also, i read around and heard that some people have problems with their hid fogs not working and that they needed some kind of harness... let me know if that's necessary. i'm a new member here, so i can't PM. can you contact me via email at aoutvingtsept@gmail.com ? thank you very much.

He needs HID angel eyes and I reccommend getting 8000K for angel eyes there since the color output is nicer. My set up is 6000K low beams D1S, 6000K fog lights, and 8000K HID angel eyes. My HID kits for the fog lights are PURE plug and play. No need for harnesses. D1S low beams are a direct swap. And HIDs Angel Eyes require you to run two cables.

HID angel eyes are priced at $195 shipped. D1S is $120 shipped and Fog lights are $160 shipped. Dont forget to get either license plate LEDs or lamps! And also the LED interior lights complete the finish of the look of the car!

I now carry Philips ballasts too! $200 shipped! U asked for a brand, I now will GIVE you a brand. By no means does it mean better quality. They both are top notch quality but one carries a brand, and one is my own brand.

RevItNYC Ballasts - $160
Philips Ballasts - Regular $200 now $180 for a limited time!!!

Quality is same but one carries a brand which makes it cost a little more. Both excellent in craftsmanship and both carry a one-year warranty. It's not that one is better than the other.

Hey John, thanks for doing the installs today.

The HID 6000K replacements for my 545i are awesome. Can see a significant difference from the stock ones.

The same for my girl's Subaru Legacy. Makes a huge difference than the stock halogen (which I am still shocked that Subaru does not offer an HID option).

Here is a pic of the 2 cars side by side. Sorry, pic was from iPhone, so not the best pic.

thanks pat! The Subarus are NIIIICE. And to get to the headlight of that LEgacy, about 20 clips were taken off and 8 screws for the headlight. LOL. Bumper was off. I wanna see that bumper off pic. What did your fiance say when she saw the pic of the bumper off?

She gasped.

But she does like the lights MUCH better than stock. Since the Legacy comes with projectors for the headlights, the spread of light is nice. Almost BMW-esque.

Thanks again!
