Thanks r9andy...I'm going to Umnitza tommorrow to pick my set up! I'll look into that solder iron you linked and use that for the cutting. I might just look into a diamond head for the dremel or something to...I'll let you know what I do. Let me know how the amber covering goes, I might have to do that as well!!! I'm not gonna attempt this till next weekend because i have prior engaements. Gives me more time to formulate a game plan.
You've been a big help. Thanks!!!

Also, when I wired up the angel eyes that didn't need resistors, its for bixenon's. I'm not sure if you need it for the Halogen ones.

LOL....My bad....Thanks MIKE for the info, yeah I have bixenons, so i don't think I'll be needing the resistors. Hey I was looking at the soldering gun, that thing looks like a beast...I will pick one up this weekend, let me know how the slaughter goes!

I hear a DIY coming soon, so you guys should take lots of picture and step by step I think I might be doing my whole head light at one time. Do the eye brows and the angel eyes might as well. Hopefully I wont mess up and have to buy brand new head light

Oh yeah by the way you guys mentioned using a dremel to cut your way into the headlights? Is there any other way around it, would baking it and prying it open work? Because before I do my E60 I was planning to clear out my Acura TL orange side signals and maybe install umnitza's angel eyes for it. Any suggestions on the TL head lights, think it would look nice with angel eyes?

ACtually, you dont need resistors. I wired up mine for testing and didn't throw an error code out.
And using a dremel to cut the headlight sounds like u'll be going through a lot of dremel heads. These headlights are tough man. I'm going to do the solder iron route tonight. lucky i have a really sharp point and adjustable temp one so i can put it full blast and melt away.
