Once you see the bumpers, you can see where the holes are for the mounting and it's pretty self-explanatory how to take them off. However most shops do the work for you and install them for you as well.

I know this is also noobie of me for asking but what is LCI and how do i know if i have it? alsooo whats the difference between an mtech front bumper and an m5 front bumper?
