Fronts are direct bolt-on, rears need M5 hubs.

See ucsbwsr's build here, starting on pg 5:

Question

Ok I have paged though the entire thread and much to read and digest but still need advise. My previous Bimmer was a e34 w/ Koni Shocks, Eibach Springs, ACS Type III 18x8.5 w/ 245/40-18 and ACS Sway Bars and RD Strut brace. I loved what it did for the car how can I accomplish this on the 2006 530xi that I just bought.

I would like to run 19" non-staggered rims. So to start out what are other shock options with lowering springs? Bilstein Sports F & R?

Not sure what rims I will run yet but looking at the ACS site their 19" rims are ET-15 front and ET-8 rear with 245/35-19 tires.

I want to get rid of as much of the wheel well gap as I can and take up as much space in the well. Will the fenders need to be rolled?

Here is a couple of pics of my old e34

The OEM 17" rims was is the correct specs? 17x7? offset ???

So for starters I want to swap shocks and springs w/ rims and tires. Any advise would be great!

Hey guys, been a while since I was in here. I have a quick question. I'm looking at a used set of DPE r05's from a f30 (non-m) with specs of 19x8.5 et 35 front and 19x10 et 38 rear e46/e90/f30 non-m)...I think the offsets work for my 09 535xi, but not sure about the rear diameter. Can anyone confirm 10" will work? Also will I be able to do an OEM m5 brake swap in the front without any issues? Riding on stock suspension but will be getting kw3's later this summer.

I think ET35 and up will work from what I have found. For the diameter. go to 1010tires.com and you should be able to determine that from the calculators. I don't know about the brake swap. Let us know.

Which calculator? I only see tire size. Not sure how to plug it in.

Go to the tire size calculator and go up in size until it tells you it won't fit. That will be a good starting point, but other than actually trying them you won't know for sure.
