20x9 +35 F
20x9 +35 w/ 15mm spacer R
245/35/20 tires
No Rubbing
No Fender Rolling


These are also the same overall size but a tiny bit wider compared to 245/45x18 , 245/40x19

ended up ordering a
-Cobbaccessport for some extra power,
-Cusco front strutbar (hoping to add some rigidity to the structure... it's SO flexy)
-Staggered 19" Sportline cs.16 spin forged wheel setup.

No final final decision on tires yet, but pretty sure I'm going to go with this somewhat unconventional 40(F) and 35(R) aspect ratio (measurements below). I also noticed that this [245/40/19 & 265/35/19] setup is actually closer in circumference (98.4%) than the [245/35/19 & 265/30/19] (98%) combo that most are using, so that should help the AWD issue a bit.

I also like that with my desired taller setup I increase my overall diameter from my current 25.71 in to 26.71 in (Front) & 26.30 in (Rear) respectively... I hope that fills the wheel gap enough.

now... just have to figure out what long wear tires i can buy... this is definitely not a performance vehicle, it's a work vehicle... so I don't need some super sticky rubber. Any thoughts on a quiet long-lasting tire?

... AFAIK most are using the recommended 275/30 but some go w/ 285/30 at the rear which match the front (245/35) even closer.

thanks for the info, but I'm looking for a higher sidewall than most people on this thread as:
A. the roads where I live (norcal) are horrible so I want to cushion the ride a bit and keep it comfortable
B. I don't want to lower my car as it already scrapes the front bumper (M5 replica) on some inclines, so i need to fill the wheel arches with a bigger overall circumference/diameter wheel tire combo. If I go 275 in the back with a 275/35 then the wheel is too big, this is the reason that I went with a 265.

No I'm not wonderin' 'bout the size you plan to use ... but you said most people use 265/30 (You are planning to use 265/35) ... where is 265/30 from? I never heard of that? If I remember correctly that maybe 3 series rear tire size ...

well in this case then I have it all wrong... I thought most were putting 245/35/19 on front with 265/30/19 in the rear to make them match for the AWD system.

nooop, what I said was correct. YOU didn't read correctly I don't care what tire size you currently have, that is not the issue here.

these diameters are equal: what i have 245/45x18 = 245/40x19 what you want

that's why i posted photos for you. the only thing different will obviously be the wheel space inside the tires.

I got the ultra racing bar to fit mine. There are other members that have it also. It is not the type of model X or non X but the engine type. The XI and non X have the same front end at the strut level. The 3.0 twin turbo has an airbox that is different than the 3.0 non turbo. It was a real tight fit and it touches the box just a bit, but it is not a big deal. It really wouldn't take much for Ultra Racing to modify the bar to really properly clear the box, I don't know why they don't since strut bars that fit the 535 engine are really hard to find.
What I like about the bar is that it has NO movable pivot points like the Cusco bar (at least from the pictures it looks like it has this on the end were the center bar meets the strut mounting plate). The ultra racing bar is one solid piece no moving parts. I've had strut bars in the past on other vehicles and bars with those movable connecting points are really just for show there is no way to really tighten them down so that they won't move. Check out their site - ultra racing. They have a good explanation showing the difference between their bars and the competition. Just my two cents... and I don't work for them
