Am I the only one with PM issues?

I though PMing was when you go to one's page and make a comment but maybe not. I've been trying to contact a person to purchase a part they have for sale but cannot seem to be able to Maybe they are ignoring me?

I get this when I try to look at a pm.



Mark says I don't have enough post to PM but I'm thinking it is a auto reply?

Can everyone get a pm or can they turn it on and off?

When a person does not allow email does this also not allow them to receive PMs?

Do I need to pay a fee to use this function?

 

You have 360 posts... You should be able to PM without a problem. You do not have to pay for this service. I bet someone is going to contact you soon.

Please check your email. You had PM's disabled in your Control Panel causing the error but I have manually re-enabled them for you now so you should be all good to go!
