I got quoted $550 for the part and installation from BMW of SF and BMW of Fremont. East Bay BMW quoted me $800+.
I could buy multiple iPods at those prices.
From what I've read on the forums, it sounds like a pretty easy DIY install.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I need a MOST compatible iPod Adapter.
I have no nav and no 6-cd changer if that matters.
I saw a couple threads where adapters sold for about $180?
