So, the sale was made, he more likely than not will never buy from him again. What did we learn?

BTW, I have not had a bad transaction here... Ever!

Have the money ready if you're going to make a purchase. We don't offer layaway plans on this forum. If you didn't get your allowance from your parents yet, don't tell the seller to hold onto it for you until you do.
I contacted the seller over a week ago and heard nothing from him. He than contacted me out of the blue asking me if I still wanted the item. I said yes but I have to wait till payday. Your condescending remarks are completely unnecessary. Not all of us have the luxury of being independently wealthy, we have to work for a living and don't have every dime we make available for mods.

Don't mind C, it's just his distorted sense of humor and I know he doesn't mean anything by it. He likes to add some shock factor to his posts every now and then.

The other side to this story.....

The buyer made an offer to purchase initially that was very low. He then came back to a more reasonable amount and we agreed upon it. It was only after the fact that we agreed to a price that I was informed I would have to wait till "pay day." Of which as I did not a have any other buyers interested at the time, I agreed too. However another buyer came through with cash and hand. Of which I should have but did not notify the other buyer that this individual had cash in hand. This was my bad and I apologized as such. It is to my personal opinion that if you want to make an offer to buy something, you should let the seller know such stipulations as "I can't pay you till xx day" upfront rather than subsequent to the agreement.

Either way it is what it is.
Bottom line is he apologized and we are all good now, He emailed me and admitted he was wrong and I wrote him back saying I was wrong as well because I over reacted. It's all good now, he showed me integrity by apologizing.

C is being reprimanded by the Mod. And he'll get a time-out from the forum for being bad. Didn't you see his "good-bye" thread?
