Of course I don't know you, lol. Are you suppose to be famous?
When describing C's Bimmer and his famousness, "supposed to be" are very key words. In his world, he's plenty famous but on 5Series.net...not so much...

Hang in there Simon, this place (and all it's strangeness) will grow on you quite rapidly. (Alot like that stuff that's growing on C except in a good way...)

The other side to this story.....

The buyer made an offer to purchase initially that was very low. He then came back to a more reasonable amount and we agreed upon it. It was only after the fact that we agreed to a price that I was informed I would have to wait till "pay day." Of which as I did not a have any other buyers interested at the time, I agreed too. However another buyer came through with cash and hand. Of which I should have but did not notify the other buyer that this individual had cash in hand. This was my bad and I apologized as such. It is to my personal opinion that if you want to make an offer to buy something, you should let the seller know such stipulations as "I can't pay you till xx day" upfront rather than subsequent to the agreement.

Either way it is what it is.

All it takes is some understanding!!!! Maybe the seller is in a tight budget and needs money right away. Economy sucks right now and you cannot let money wait!!! The seller still has the right to sell the product to anyone!!!

Yeah but like the guy said, he should've given him the opportunity to come up with the cash first before selling to the other part!

you have to look at the flipside of the coin. i'm sure there have been many instances where a buyer has said he needs to wait till he gets the money, and then never comes through.
whoever shows up with the money first, gets dibs in my opinion.

Yes, I am sure he has a layaway counter like they had in Kmart back in the day "90 DAYS SAME AS CASH"
