Since I was asked in a PM about this - the part number for the snap in adapter is 84 21 0 393 570 aka 84210393570 (for the search engines to find).

I used to have an E815 with Verizon and liked it a lot. In hindsight, probably shouldn't have changed from it but all those new fangled smart phone had me tempted. Ended up with the HTC Mogul from Sprint which is fine but leaves me with a little iPhone envy.
