The car has now a bit over 42k miles. It has been recently updated with v25.xx software. It feels even better now.

The car now has 43k miles.
Asking price lowered to $37k.
Keep in mind that this 545i sport has warranty till April 2008 and than CPO warranty till April 2010 or 100k miles. Also, prepaid maintenance till 2010 or 100k miles.
