BAD EXPERIENCE!
I ordered my bulbs from them and one of them came cracked. They sent out a replacement no questions asked immediately. They actually sent me an extra just for my troubles. I have the same
since my bulbs were also nicely packed in foam in a box. I can't believe they sent you bulbs in an envelope. I must be someone new working in shipping
Good luck. I'm sure they will come through...

Looks like your bulb burnt out and it cracked, just like mine.
They ship insanely fast though, dunno about to US customers but to me yeah, i got them the next day.
However, i had to pay like $10 to get a replacement.
I'm not impressed with their overpriced shipping services but companies dont really wanna send lost packages that may ruin their reputation.

Same exact packaging I received mine in.
I had one cracked in transit and immediately tried contacting them via phone. I spent about twenty minutes trying to get a person on the phone but, ended up leaving messages on several different voice mailboxes. There was one automated message telling me to go online and request a new bulb or that someone would return my call.
I ended up sending e-mails to several departments and requesting a replacement bulb from their online form. I never heard back from them by phone or e-mail but, they sent a replacement bulb and marked it as a warranty issue.
By the way, they sent the replacement bulb in an envelope with a small pouch of bubble wrap surrounding the bulb. I don't know how the bulb survived but, somehow it did.
