I bought this car for myself 6 (no typo..."six") weeks ago - have all Dealer paperwork - including Odomoter cert of 55 miles when I purchased it 6 weeks ago - this is a 2004 that never sold last year - Dealer had it on lot since last fall and I bought it new - it was not a demo car and not a loaner -- again 55 (that is fifty five) miles when I bought it - it had never been titled - it now has 1600 easy miles (driving back and forth the 37 mile highway commute to work) - if I can get my price, I want to upgrade to the 545i - asking $46K obo.
