I bought the naked steering wheel from member Bspeed on the forum and bought the appropriate round airbag from the Ebay vendor HighClassautoparts. I also bought the right and left buttons from another Ebay member BMWbitz .The steering wheel is pretty much ready to install. Before I install it I wanted to see if anyone out there is interested in the the setup. It's pretty hard to find this wheel combo for these specific years so this a perfect opportunity for someone to pick it w/o the hassle of all the legwork. I spoke with my indy and he said the last thing I need to pick up is the base plate, which has to be a special order since Real OEM doesn't have the specific part number for it. He has a hook at the dealership so he's gunna get it for me for like 30 bucks or so.

I don't have the link for the right buttons because he had them separately but ended that as well since i asked for both right and left.

After I pay for the base plate I think I'm gunna be a tad over 8 hundred bucks. I plan on installing this NLT next weekend once the plate comes in, but if I someone wants to take it off my hands I'll let it go for 720 + shipping.


Everything is pretty much in flawless condition. The electronic features work great and so does the heating function. I'm selling my Multicolored Orion V2 headlights modded by Simon (nomis_nech) to another member on the forum and I plan on using the money from this sale to purchase my LCI headlights.

Let me know if there is any interest. Please get at me prior to next weekend. (I'll take pics of the wheel as soon as I get my car back. It's sitting in my back seat at the moment and my car is at my indy.)

I've received some PM's regarding breaking the setup and I'm considering it.

At the moment I have members wanting to pick up just the heated sport steering wheel.
