Ya I was going to add find out when the regional rep comes to your area / BMW center and talk to him directly. he the person that over sees everything almost and has the last call on what to do on things.

I decided to take my car in to a GoodYear Center that the Fields BMW service center takes there customers BMWs to since they still don't have there alignment machine setup. I payed 99 dollars for unlimited specialty 4 wheel alignments that is good for 12 months or 12,000 miles. Low and behold they got my alignment PERFECT!!!. My 330i now Tracks perfectly down all roads with the steering wheel perfectly centered. the guys name was isreal and I will continue to keep taking my car to that same GoodYear tire center and have this same Guy do my alignments from now on. I still can not believe the main dealership Fields BMW couldn't get my alignment and my steering wheel centered. I am so Happy with my car now. NO MORE PULLING OR STEERING OF CENTER. WOW. so all along they car was fine, I just needed someone That knew how to do alignments.

Wheww......glad everything worked out in the end.

I'm one of those people that worry a lot when problems arise with my vehicles. I couldn't enjoy my Thanksgiving yesterday because a problem came up with my wife's Benz , which I will not bore you with the details right now.

I'm happy for you

I would like to hear about the Benz too. Did you not say in another thread that it is a W210 (E320)?

BGuy,
Thank goodness for that. It was the incompetence of the technicians at the BMW dealership that made this more difficult than it needed to be.

best part of my problem with the dealership, is that i talked with my service advisor who is very nice and is going to refund my money for the two alignments i had to pay. said since they couldn't get it right he will pay me both the 129 i payed the first time and the 50 i payed for the second time(only payed 50 the second time cause he noticed i was really pissed i would have to pay so he told me at least 50 bucks for some labor). all in all my christmas wish came true. for my 330i to be fixed LOL

For those of you who wanted to know the problem with my Benz:

I hope it's nothing major, probably just some electrical problems. I was driving to the grocery store and all of a sudden all the electronics went out. No radio, no mileage indicator, etc. Everything that was showing on the electronic board turned off. I was expecting the car to die out too, but luckily I was able to make it home. Got to my garage, turned off the engine, turned it on again and everything was fine. After 5 minutes it went off again

I will ask my friend to come by my house and take a look, he is an automobile electrician and see if he can fix it. I don't want to drive the car anywhere for now. He mostly works on Japanese imports so he is not a German car expert, but maybe he can shed some light. I'm sure he will tell me to take it to the dealer, which I will. I will keep you guys posted.

Then you can bring the car back to the dealership, have the same SA drive it, then demand a percentage of your $129 + $45 back for a piss-poor job.

Good luck.
You see!
It's only right that they refund your money. I was thinking of only a percentage back but you were able to get back everything. Congratulations and enjoy the car.
