If I remember correctly what they said about damage disclosure at the Oxnard VDC Tour was that if it's a customer car (pre-ordered from dealer by a customer or a Euro Delivery car) they will disclose the damage to the customer.....but if the car is a dealer car and hasn't been sold yet then they don't have to disclose the damage/repair. However, I might have misunderstood or mis-heard what they said because in the article that Cobradav linked to about the law suit it says that BMW now discloses all damages.
Jonathan, can you ask your contacts at BMW NA or the VDC what the official BMW NA policy is about damage disclosure?
