this is not funny ofcourse but its amusing to see some of the posts on the M3 forums, so many people in denial, saying its a photoshop, they just checked on the ship 2 days ago..blah blah blah. I guess they will be in for a surprise cuz you know they will all be calling their dealers tomorrow!

...that's disappointing for anyone who had a car on that boat...what does that mean, the boat "tipped" was it not properly loaded (meaning weight distribution) or what...how do you "tip" a boat without it rolling over? 
Pilot error or what?
Sorry for those of you who now have to wait to reorder and I really would hate to be the purchaser of one of the "tipped" BMW's as new....surely it must have to be disclosed that there has been major damage?
