SoCal530, welcome and congrats on the new car
Now tell us the truth...did you change it because the 5's are classy as H E L L ! or because you read so many posts and couldn't resist?
actually, I decided to get the 5'er to try and meet cute girls with 5'ers like urself.

Hello All,

Just thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Jason, I'm 24 and from Riverside, CA. I actually had an M3 on order, but recently changed my mind. I decided to get something more practical. Primary reasons were, 4 doors, more room, better MPG, softer ride, insurance costs, and mod issues. If I had the M3 I know that I'd spend all my money modding the dang thing. Besides, we all know that the 5's are classy as H E L L !

The car is currently scheduled for production starting next week.

2006 530i
black sapphire w/ auburn interior
anthracite trim
anthracite headliner
navigation
premium package
sport package
automatic trans
comfort access
heated seats

future mods- aux input, tint, clearbra, and wheels. (love those radenergie r10's)

Oh yeah, and my uncle Ronnie "CWOARMY" is on these boards too. You germany guys probably know him from all the meets.

Hi SoCal 530

Congratulations!

But...Heated seats in California? :'(

Kind regrds from Spain

Congrats, good move and nice spec. Comfort access is good with the start/stop button, I would get it too.

GF talked you into nav, huh? Where do you spose she's leading you?

Have fun,
Ray Hull
Probably she's giving wrong directions all the time so she told him to get the Nav instead of bugging her and then blaming her for the wrong directions, if I was her I would be piss too.

A warm welcome SoCal530, from freezing cold Finland.

Nice car but a long wait!

The heated seats are nice to have even if it's not -9 F in the morning.
Leather can feel pretty cold in temps under 50 F, especially when it is humid.
