I want to post on the private classifieds to sell my wheels but it tells me "you cannot start a new a topic" and this introduction part is the only place where I'm allowed to post things. I have a bmw and I just made this account today I don't know what's wrong.

You will need to participate in several (I think the number is 5) posts before the Administrators will permit you to start a topic in the Classified.
