Link to a bunch of pics and a video from a NY area M5/M6 meet we had a week ago. Great photography, fun vid. 5 of us have the Eisenmann Race mufflers, one also has Section 1 & 2, one has the SS headers, one with the x-pipe. The sound was amazing heading to Captree for the exotics meet.

hey bonehead no pun intended could you please PM me the next time you going up to captree, I know I don't have a M5 like you but I've been trying to go forever and never can find anyone who knows how to get there. Great Video by the way, 170mph in a 4 door sedan is just way beyond imaginable. I have done 140 in my 335 though and it does it very easily.

This was my first time at Captree. Definitely looking forward to going again. The straightaway you saw in the video was the road from Jones Beach to Captree. Could easily hit the limiter on that stretch for several minutes. Only reason I didn't is all the rocks and sand that spit up onto your car.
I'll shoot you a PM and post on the Meet and Greet forum next time we have a planned meet.

No problem, Simple1. Don't need an M5 to join in the fun. A bunch of us NY'ers also hit the twisties in Bear Mountain State Park when the weather is a bit warmer. Our pack leader doesn't have an M5 either and we often have a guy with a 545 join us.

I just saw jet's (he's the one with the 545 I was talking about) post on our Bear Mountain run in December. http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=33967.
Man, I can't wait until the weather warms up and I can put my summer wheel setup back on and hit the twisties again.....
