oh nice.. wow.. i would have love to see that... impacted k-9's can be messy! only thing i would hate was when after they extracted the tooth the dr would hand it to me.. i would have to turn around and get a cup, lol, id tell him hold on, lololol, put it in the cup! not much skeeves me out but touching teeth that have been extracted does the trick... anyway. just thought i would share that
WOW! There goes my image of you Mel, being a tough girl etc., now I'm thinking Unicorns and Winnie the Pooh are more your speed!

I've not had wisdom teeth pulled. Seem to be missing them. However, I have had jaw surgery to correct a severe over-bite. They actually cut my upper jaw loose from the skull, sectioned it, removed 1/2 inch from either side and re-attached it with screws and plates. During the surgery, you could look inside my mouth and see inside my nose. How do I know this? My surgeon's office was featured on the Discovery Channel doing upper and lower surgery to a local girl. I was on a liquid diet for a week and soft foods for 6 weeks after that. I lost 15 pounds but wouldn't recommend that method.

Ouch! Makes my back surgery from last year seem like child's play.
