What did you sell/trade, in order to buy your E60?

Sold a black 525d E60 to get the 530d E60 that I currently have...which is being sold next week to swap to the 535d E60.
These are the purchases over the past 3 years !
2004; 525d E60 (new) + Audi A4 (new) - this was the year I changed to a good job and the car obsession began
2005; Replaced Audi A4 with Volvo XC90 - this was the year we decided that three young children all in the back of a 5 seater car is HELL !
2006; Replaced 525d E60 with 530d E60 - this was the year we just couldn't think what else to buy
2007; Replaced Volvo XC90 with X5 E70, and am replacing 530d with 535d next week - this is the year that I will be broke!
These are the purchases over the past 3 years !

Traded my 2002 Volvo S-60 T5. This is the high output turbo rated at 247hp. I put 139k mi. on the car locally and up and down the state of Calif. for my work.
3k mi. into my 535 it seems the BMW has it over the Volvo hands down in every way except one. The Volvo seats were way more comfortable.
