Slowing down the animation would add more pictures to the GIF-file and that would cause a bigger filesize than 15KB

Looks good now vegas...maybe I can figure out a way to get "Dolly" (my current avatar) to sneeze too!

sese, I don't know much about animated .gifs -- is there a way to increase the delay between images to control the animation speed? (I realize it would be "choppy" but I'm just curious about how it works...)

You can easily customize the delay between the images. You don't need to add or delete images to increase the animation speed
