Gotta admit John, I am a proud Yankee fan for 30 years so this one is going to be interesting. I HATE the Red Sux, but your Twins - there's just something about Mauer and Morneau, they are good and seem like good guys so it's kind of hard to hate them. Goign to be tough going into "The House That Jeter Built" tonight after an extra inning game followed by a travel night and get a win. Should be interesting.

That was one of the best games ever. Detroit truly blew their season. I still can't believe how it unfolded.

+1 - the Twins used 8 pitchers yesterday, played 12 innings, celebrated, then got on a flight and headed 1200 miles to NYC and have to play another game today. It will be very tough for them tonight.
Detroit would have been better off if Miguel Cabrera could stop getting his ass beat by his wife when he comes home drunk.
