My Ride: I have an 05 545i. It's a manual with a few options. This is my first BMW but I don't know how I'll ever be able to switch to something else.
Down a BC powder with a gatorade, works for me but taste like sh*t

my friend told me that if you drink in the am it seriously helps.. altough i couldnt fathom how when your feeling like shit.. but to each her own... i take 3 advil drink alot of water, then i get cravings for coke in the can.. icey cold with pizza.. idk, just me
