He was great. Too many advocates for animals and the environment are angry and sad people, who use their energy accusing others of intentional evil; but the Crocodile Hunter demonstrated by example, showing his environmental and animal rights ethic through the joy and beauty of nature. He was great fun, and a great example. I do feel bad for his children, but they will know their dad was a great man.
I like that his father and widow have declined the "state funeral." He was just a regular guy, and wouldn't have wanted all the fuss, they say.
