Well this one I used the RAW image. When I take pictures with my DSLR, there is a copy that is in RAW.
I double-clicked on the RAW image and it goes straight to Adobe with the Adjustment brush. I then used the adjustment brush and played around with the sky, some of the car.

Then I used Adobe Lightroom 2. Open that up import the picture in and adjust the brightness, contrast, vibrance, clarity, saturation and ended up with that. Export it to jpeg and voila.
That's all I did with that pic.

also, more attention can be given to the masking around the car. the "white glow" around the car suggests little attention to detail.
just my $.02

Just now I'm trying to find ways to get that "dramatic" atmoshpere that DKNewYourk has. He mentioned the adjustment brush, but is there a such tool in PS CS2?

Just one, maybe a stupid question: Is there an adjustment brush tool in CS2?
search for tutorial on how to apply ajustment layers and apply layer masks (and transparencies).
btw.. as of now i'm working on a ~800MB file with about 40 different layers/layer masks and a lot of ajustment layers.

I think the "adjustment brush" is applying brush to the mask of the adjustment layer (levels, curves, hue/saturation, black/white, etc...).

I'm a real beginner with the photoshop and all that sounds a bit scary, but I think I just have to grab the bull by the horns.
