The 4s is very good spec but still old design body shell.
I think I will get 1 for the wife but not me.
Iphone is good for ppl that dont know much about computer or software. No need to tune the phones like android and i phone is user friendly unlike android
In HK 4s cost about $2630usd to buy so you guys with 4s unlocked, sell it to HK ppl you will make loads of money and have more money to get other 1.

I am a android user and waiting for this new phone to comes out in HK and it is much higher spec too.

thats a crazy statement and completely false. iPhone is for people who care so much about the hardware and software that they'll pay a premium for the products. Android are just another version of the windows philosophy, which is crap, just throw something together and hope someone else figures out how to "tune" them. You dont have to tune Apple products because they work from inception.

I find Siri extremely helpful. She typed my previous posts from my spoken word, albeit, I had to go and edit a few words. So far, I've been able to teach her my wife's name so that now all I have to do is say "Call my wife" or "send a text to my wife that I'll be arriving home at 5:30," etc.

I was having a little fun with Siri, trying to make her trip or scold me, and so I said "I want a blow j--," I thought she was going to admonish me, but instead she found me three escort agencies in the area. Now, that's what I call attentive assistance.

Pingu, I'm glad you like your droid phone. When it comes to PCs, I'm anti-Apple all the way. I picked my original iPhone based solely on the hundreds of thousands available applications and this is still the main reason why I'm sticking with Apple. Currently, it is the fastest smart-phone available with very good and fast graphics. My internet browsing speed has at least tripled in 3G mode. I have been able to watch full-length movies without the screen ever freezing or buffering, like my original iPhone 3g used to do. When on the network, I cannot make the distinction in raw download speed between this phone and my I3 laptop. It's just blazing fast. Could it use a little bigger screen? Of course it could, but because their retina screen is so clear and so rich, I don't think having a bigger screen really matters, in fact, it fits better in my pocket. In the end though, the best phone for each of us is what we end up choosing, not to say that one is better than the other. As they say in England, each to his own.

Enjoy your Android phone, it looks really good. Say hello to the HK car club guys for me. Take care.

I think they have to make the big screens for high-res. I agree as long as the phone is not wider than 7cm that is a good size unlike LG or HTC which are over size to hold. The Shape and my Huawei IDEOS X5 is under this size and has a good size screen.
I think the trend will be wide screen 16:9 or 21:9

gals are usually quite savvy! And who would buy ANYTHING that would crash????

iphone copies nothing from android, thats another crazy comment! You can hate apple and so be it, but its not the case that apple is copying anything, they've made the market for goodness sake. Apple innovates, while the rest try to keep up and copy what they do, its not the other way around, and its about what is useful vs not. Even the new 4s, breaking records all over the world for # of units sold with over 4 million sold in one weekend.

I understand that it may be common in certain areas to copy others designs. All im saying is that its not a winning strategy, and it has little to do with apple in this discussion, could be substituted for cars or a number of other areas like fashion. But I see no creativity in copying something unless its to innovate it into something else, not merely a different look or take, but a new product. This is why BMW has/had innovated in the past, they offered innovative designs under Bangle, and the rest of the auto world copied them, though never innovated, and have been often panned for such activities.

My suggestion is to think different. Dont do what everyone else you know does, make something new and innovative, and you are sure to succeed.

I agree with you but most design company are not like Steve which are 100% creative.
I don't think we will ever see other person on this plant like Steve or Billgate, it be very very rare.
I think they are the last generation in the IT creative field.
The last 10 years+ no 1 has create a company like them.
The moden designs will be very hard to start a company from nothing like them.
