Actually Eric and I were at a BBQ meet a couple of years ago......well, not really a BBQ meet...but we attended the BMW Club of LA's tour of the BMW VDC facilities in Oxnard and they served BBQ for lunch. They are having another tour this November and I have signed up. I will start a thread for those who want to sign up, I don't think I have seen a thread so far....That is if it is not all booked already.

Amazon.com my friend. Nice wide blade to make sure the meat turns with the skewers instead of spinning around them. I bought both sets at that page, narrow ones for the steak and wider ones for the chicken.

I'll upload some picks of the rest of my BBQ tools.

Oh yes I remember that... it was nice.

HUmmm I didnt get an invitation this year WTF! Maybe I did and I just deleted it. Been too busy with work and school.

Ya its WAAAY too hot for BBQ now. 106 degrees! I cant even walk outside... it sooo hot! Feels hotter than Vegas last month when I was there.
