Amazon.com my friend. Nice wide blade to make sure the meat turns with the skewers instead of spinning around them. I bought both sets at that page, narrow ones for the steak and wider ones for the chicken.

Actually Eric and I were at a BBQ meet a couple of years ago......well, not really a BBQ meet...but we attended the BMW Club of LA's tour of the BMW VDC facilities in Oxnard and they served BBQ for lunch. Ya its WAAAY too hot for BBQ now. 106 degrees! I cant even walk outside... it sooo hot! Feels hotter than Vegas last month when I was there.
