Sadly you guys can only eat with your eyes. I'll be grilling over the weekend, going to pickup my meat tomorrow. That didn't sound right...

Stopping by the butcher tomorrow to get the necessities, but I'm one of the few members on the east coast so it's just family for the grand event. I'll be sure to post plenty of pictures though, before and after.


I'm sensing a "do you tenderize your meat" joke somewhere in my future. . .

Well Hank, seeing the end of Final Destination 2 pretty much cured me of any desire to have a gas grill

And I tenderize my meat with this contraption
